Edit: I realize that the “we need more context” phrase is often used to let assholes (esp cops) off the hook. But that’s not what I’m trying to do, quite the opposite. I’m asking for more information about the interaction, like when was this (yesterdaty, this year, last year?), what’s the source (is it OP?), what happened after, do we know who the self-proclaimed multi-murderer is, has anyone pressed charges, has the incident being reported by any news organization, etc.
