You seem to have misunderstood my comment. I don’t doubt there is enough evidence to merit an arrest and investigation. However to my knowledge Belgian police has not said what country the accused was spying for, while from reading this G&M article it seems to be undoubtedly China. Therefore I asked if there was any new information that this is the case, or it is an unstated assumption in the article.

Was there any information that China was actually the country she was spying for (assuming guilt), or just an assumption based on national origin or racism?
