Ah yes I did misunderstand your comment. Apologies. The ambiguity likely arose as a result of commenting on this article that names China vs. the previous releases that didn’t.

My read of the article is that China was newly mentioned, but that could be incorrect. I suspect it was an off the record “leak” as opposed to a formal announcement, but generally these off the record comments are unofficially sanctioned.

Look I know the world is real fucked right now but I highly doubt the western governments would be willing to get egg on their face making unfounded accusations. I’m sure there’s some level of evidence to the allegations, although nothing has been proven in court.
