Everything above represents aspects of humanity. We prefer to create an “other” and compare ourselves favorably to it, but in the birth to death history of humanity, every single one of us plays a part, even those who are deluded enough to think they’re something else.

Humanity doesn’t seem capable of embracing the good and letting the bad go. There is too much power in destruction and death, and so our thirst for power will end us all.

On a more positive note, we don’t yet have the technology to completely eradicate life on Earth, so with any luck we’ll just take ourselves out and a super race of cockroaches or ants or something will carry on
