I was just listing what they said but the view is that Canada will eventually cave to American demands.
If Canada caves to those demands we might as well just be the 51st state. Caving to those demands means we loose our autonomy as a nation.

CUSMA already required US approval of trade deals with other nations.
Canadian here. “Cave” or not, I’m done buying anything from the US. Eventually businesses will hopefully see their US stock just sitting there and source from other countries
I’m sure you’ve noticed products that just say “imported by” I think not telling us will become more common.
